By downloading or using TaxStub ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
TaxStub helps self-employed individuals record expenses, income, and mileage; suggests expense categories using AI; estimates potential tax savings and quarterly set-asides; and exports summaries. Category suggestions and estimates may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing every entry and for your own tax filings.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping original records as required by tax authorities. TaxStub stores receipt images and entries as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete all data in Settings. Do not upload content you have no right to store.
Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping of our services, no attempts to access other users' data, and no unlawful use.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for tax outcomes, penalties, missed deductions, or filing errors arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update the app and these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend access for abuse. You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time.
